The request for Variance 3 on the TNM Development Application is written to address <br />cross access and parking. We understand that the City will interpret this request as a request relating to <br />the setback area on the TNM Site and not as a matter affecting cross access and parking between the two <br />landowners, JIUSK and TNM. <br />3. Another concern is that the patrons of TNM should not use the access/curb cut from <br />Silver take Road, as there is no access casement on that side of the CVS Site for the benefit of the TNM <br />Site, This would result in increased traffic on the CVS Site and potentially dangerous conditions. <br />Thank you For your tinnc and consideration in this matter.
