g. General Provisions. No special home occupations shall be allowed which: <br />1. Involves employees other than persons residing on the premises; <br />2. Involves alteration or construction features not customarily found in <br />dwellings; <br />3. Has an exterior display or sign in excess of one (1) square foot. Such sign, <br />for identification purposes only, shall be located on either the principal <br />structure or garage; <br />4. Generates any on -street parking. All vehicles associated with a home <br />occupation shall be parked off-street and in compliance with the City's <br />parking requirements; <br />5. Operates in a structure deemed by the Building Official as unsafe or "not fit <br />for habitation" and; <br />6. Results in violation of the provisions of Chapter 607, Nuisances, of the <br />Municipal Code. <br />h. Inspection. The City of Mounds View hereby reserves the right upon issuing any <br />home occupation permit to inspect the premises in which the occupation is being <br />conducted to insure compliance with the provisions of this Section or any conditions <br />additionally imposed. <br />
