APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, April 9, 2018, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund noted the agenda was revised to remove Item 5D. He reported this <br />item was then placed on the agenda for consideration by the Council as Item 8G. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Bergeron. To Approve the Monday, April 9, 2018, agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Minutes: March 26, 2018. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />C. Resolution 8942, Requesting Additional Time by the Metropolitan Council <br />within which to complete the Comprehensive Plan. <br />D. Resolution 8938, Authorizing the Purchase of a Watchguard Squad Camera <br />System. <br />E. Resolution 8940, Approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the <br />City and the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit regarding the <br />Addition of a Parks Lead Worker, Streets Lead Worker, and Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker – Forester. <br />F. Resolution 8943, Accepting Improvements and Approving Final Payment for <br />the 2017 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. <br />G. Resolution 8944, Accepting Improvements and Approving Final Payment for <br />the 2017 City Hall and Community Center Parking Lots Mill and Overlay.
