ORDINANCE 845 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1112.02 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING <br />CODE TO ADD ADDITIONAL PERMITTED USES TO THE B-1, NEIGHBORHOOD <br />BUSINESS, ZONING DISTRICT <br />The City of Mounds View ordains: <br />SECTION 1: Chapter 1112.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby amended with <br />the proposed additions underlined and the deletions striek� as follows: <br />Chapter 1112.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in a B-1 District: <br />Barbershops <br />Beauty parlors <br />Convenience grocery stores (not supermarket type) <br />Essential services <br />Laundromat, self-service washing and drying <br />Thrift or second-hand store <br />Retail business for local or neighborhood needs subject to the following limits: <br />- The sale of dry goods, clothing, notions and variety merchandise. <br />- The sale of books, magazines, newspapers, gifts, jewelry, music stationery or <br />office supplies. <br />Dry cleaning and laundry receiving and pick-up stations (with no cleaning or pressing <br />done on site) <br />Florist shop <br />Candy and ice cream stores (shall not include drive-through and/or window pick-up <br />services <br />Tailor shop, dress making clothing rental store <br />
