RESOLUTION NO. 4195 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />BY SATURN OF ST. PAUL,.2375 HIGHWAY 10,' <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 335=91 <br />WHEREAS, Saturn of St. Paul has requested City approval <br />to operate an automobile sales dealership at 2375 Highway 10; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance allows automobile sales <br />dealerships in a B-3, Highway_Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires a <br />conditional use permit;.and <br />WHEREAS; the City. Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposals <br />a) Site plan dated 11/91 <br />b) Lighting plan dated and revised 1/30/92 <br />c) Landscape plan.dated 11/91 <br />d) Parking plan dated 11/91;.and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council.has determined:that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the Municipal <br />Code, specifically Chapter 40; and <br />WHEREAS, the storm water controls for this site were <br />originally approved as part of the Mounds View Business Park <br />project and have been reviewed and are considered adequate by the <br />City Engineer; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission.has recommended <br />approval of .the conditional use permit request to the City' <br />Council in Resolution No. 330-92. <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of - <br />the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permit with <br />the following conditions: <br />1., Outside loudspeakersshall be utilized for paging <br />purposes only. <br />2. Only minor repairs and maintenance will.be allowed <br />on site excluding major engine overhauls, <br />Ask transmission.replacement, and body work. <br />
