To require, where applicable, compliance with the City's gateway <br />requirements. <br />�Subd. 6 B-1 Limited Business District <br />A. To establish areas for the location and development of administrative <br />office buildings and related office uses which are subject to more <br />restrictive controls. <br />B. To provide a district which is related to and may reasonably adjoin <br />high density or other residential districts. <br />C.
