Mounds View City Council May 14, 2018 <br />Regular Meeting Page 9 <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller reported the next 60th Anniversary Committee meeting would be held on <br />Tuesday, May 22nd at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. She noted this group is seeking individuals who <br />would be willing to be interviewed and have history in the community. She commented on the <br />street dance planned for Friday, August 17th. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller stated on Wednesday, June 6th the City would be hosting an Open House at the <br />new Public Works Facility from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Peterson provided the Council with an update on the landscaping that was <br />being installed at the new Public Works Facility. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund stated he was working to update the City’s municipal code. He <br />commented on the City’s recent I&I bill from the Met Council. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund commented on the City’s liquor license and other permit <br />requirements and requested comment from the Council via email. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller discussed the training that was provided by liquor license holders and stated she <br />did not believe a City sponsored incentive program was necessary. She feared it would be <br />difficult for the City to micromanage this situation if a program were created. <br /> <br />C.
