RESOLUTION NO. 8970 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />REPEAL RESOLUTION 5555 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a City Charter and City Code that address <br />duties, responsibilities and communication lines for Staff, Council and the City <br />Administrator; and, <br />WHEREAS, a systematic review of the City Code, historical records, and ordinances <br />is being conducted by the City Administrator and staff; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 5555 was adopted in 2001; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 841 adopted in 2010 updated the City Code specific to the <br />City Administrator Duties and the City Charter provides direction as well therefore making <br />Resolution 5555 redundant/obsolete. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />repeal Resolution 5555. <br />Adopted this 29th day of May, 2018 <br />ATTEST: d1,1�eaz— <br />Carol A Mueller, Mayor <br />(SEALy <br />Nyle ikmun6l City Administrator <br />
