RESOLUTION NO. 5356 <br />Decertification of individual parcels with TIF District 2. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />Councilor introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, there has been a request to decertify two parcels within TIF District 2. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the following parcels are <br />hereby to be removed (decertified) from the City of Mounds View Tax Increment Financing District <br />Number 2, effective for property taxes payable in the year 2000: <br />1. Parcel 06-30-23-43-0038 (Holiday Station store); and <br />2. Parcel 06-30-23-43-0041 (Realife Cooperative). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to forward this <br />resolution to Ramsey County and complete any other forms necessary to complete the decertification <br />of said parcels. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor <br />and the roll being call, the following vote was recorded: <br />Voting Aye: <br />Voting Nay: <br />Not Voting: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 26th day of July, <br />1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk -Administrator <br />
