Appendix: <br />It has been brought to the attention of the residents along the Spring Lake Road/County <br />Road I project that the language in Mounds View Ordinance 202.07 is vague. The <br />existing ordinance reads "signed by a majority of the number of electors who voted for <br />the Mayor in the last regular Municipal election, ..." (Ordinance 202.07b). It is unclear <br />if that statement means electors who participated in the election or electors who voted for <br />the Mayor in the election. We respectfully request that Council seek to resolve this <br />ambiguity. <br />
