<br />9. RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR
<br />Cam Obert, 8315 Greenwood Drive, stated that this was his first appearance before this
<br />Council. He spoke in regard to the passing of Bill Fritz, who, he stated, was a torch bearer of the
<br />community of Mounds View for many years and was a very knowledgeable man and a treasure
<br />to the community. He stated that Mr. Fritz had held the City to his own set of standards, and
<br />added that, in his absence, the City would require a replacement. He stated that, although he was
<br />not volunteering for the position, he hoped that someone from the community would step
<br />forward. He stated that, in regard to this Council, and particularly those newly elected, many
<br />platforms in the election had run on open government and open communication, and expressed
<br />that he had been disappointed. He stated that, at staff and the Council's convenience, he would
