Resolution 5430 <br />Juaire Development Review <br />June 14, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br />The landscape plan shall be revised to include a row of plantings or decorative fencing <br />along the southwestern -most property line of Lot 9. Any plantings shall meet with the <br />approval of the City Forester to ensure compatibility with Mounds View soils. <br />2. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City prior to building permits <br />being issued for those areas to be utilized for drainage purposes where none have been <br />previously dedicated . A signed agreement to dedicate those areas will be acceptable in <br />the event document preparation is not completed prior to building permits being issued. <br />Those areas of the Woodlawn Terrace apartment complex encroaching upon the subject <br />property shall be removed and relocated according to City setback requirements in <br />conjunction with grading activities on the site.
