The arbitration award has been rendered and <br />forwarded to the City. Follow up with issues and implementation of Arbitrator <br />Miller's award with regard to LELS contract terms. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-192: Senior Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2010 (Select Senior Living).
