Production does not commence until receipt of approved drawings to <br />Code B(approved with comments) <br />Warranty/Guarantee: <br />Federal Signal guarantees for both defective materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from date of shipment, or 12 months from date of <br />commissioning. This guarantee is not valid for equipment that has; <br />-not been stored correctly <br />-been incorrectly installed <br />-been operated outside the stipulated operating conditions <br />-been subject to misuse or vandalism. <br />Note that where commissioning is carried out by FS Engineers, the 12 months warranty period starts from completion of commissioning. <br />Please note that our warranty / guarantee only covers goods returned to our factory for repair or replacement. If a Site visit(s) by one of our Engineers is <br />required then visit(s) is not covered by the warranty/guarantee agreement. Warranty Site rate charges would be at standard commissioning rates with all <br />required parts charged at the price in force at the time of work being carried out. Associated travel days to and from site will be also be charged at FS <br />standard rated and all expenses are chargeable @ cost + 10%. <br />Storage Charges: <br />-0.5% storage charge per month on total amount of invoice applies if product is not pickup/shipped within two weeks after signed FAT. <br />This quotation is expressly subject to acceptance by Buyer of all terms stated on this and Federal Signal's terms of sale (available on request). Any exception to or modifications of <br />such terms shall not be binding on Seller unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized agent or office of Seller. Any order submitted to Seller on the basis set forth above, in <br />whole or in part, shall constitute an acceptance by Buyer of Federal Signal's terms. Any such order shall be subject to acceptance by Seller in its discretion. Prices Subject To Change <br />- Prices Based Upon Total Purchase - All Delivery, Training Or Consulting Services To Be Billed At Published Rates For Each Activity Involved.
