NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. All work completed under the contract between the City and Douglas -Kerr <br />Underground LLC, for the 2016, 2017 Street construction project Area I. <br />2. The Finance Director is authorized to issue final payment for $351,928.38 to <br />Douglas—Kerr Underground LLC, for completing construction of the 2016 Street <br />Project Area I. <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 2018. <br />Carol A.
