The Comprehensive Plan is a document that guides land use and redevelopment <br />through the years 2020-2040. <br />This Community Survey is being mailed with the April, 2018 utility bills, and mailed to all Mounds View <br />addresses which do not receive utility bills. Please complete this survey by May 31, 2018 (due date for <br />utility bills), and mail to the City at the address provided at the bottom of this page.
