MOU-NDS VIEW <br />of Mounds View Staff R <br />Item No: 5H <br />Meeting Date: April 9, 2018 <br />Type of Business: Council Agenda <br />Administrator Review> - <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Don Peterson, Public Works Director <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 8945, Replacement of Chemical Scales for <br />Water Treatment Plants 1, 2 and 3 <br />Introduction /Discussion: <br />Water Treatment Plants 1, 2 and 3 use chemical scales for Sulpher Dioxide and <br />Chlorine, these chemicals are used as part of the treatment process in the water <br />distribution system. The scales, replaced in 2008 and 2009, are failing and the digital <br />displays will not read.
