NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Rejects the bid submitted by Omann Contracting Companies Inc. for the <br />rehabilitation of the Greenfield and Groveland Parks, Tennis and Basketball <br />Court Project. <br />2.
