605.02 <br />605.02 (Rev. 5/18) <br />605.02 : INSPECTION AND INVESTIGATION: (Amended, Ord. 844, 5-20-10, <br />Ord. 871, 5-3-12) <br />Subd. 1. Inspection: The tree inspector shall inspect all premises and places within the City as <br />often as practicable but not less than that required by the State', to determine whether any <br />condition described in subdivision 605.03(1) of this Chapter exists thereon. The tree <br />inspector may investigate all incidents of infestations by Dutch elm fungus, elm bark <br />beetles, oak wilt fungus, emerald ash borer, or any other non-native invasive pests, <br />epidemic diseases, or other factors which are potentially contributory to the spread of tree <br />disease and pests. Right of Entry: The tree inspector may enter upon private premises at any reasonable <br />time for the purposes of carrying out any of the duties assigned to the tree inspector under <br />this Chapter.
