SECTION 14. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 100, Chapter 105, Section 105.01, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined material and deleting the striek material as follows: Subd. 2. Acting Mayor: At its first meeting each year the Council shall choose an Acting Mayor from the Councilmembers. The Acting MayorHe shall perform the duties of Mayor during the disability or absence of the Mayor from the Municipality or, in the case of vacancy in the office of Mayor, until a successor has been elected or appointed and qualifies. Duties: The duties of the City Administrator of the Municipality shalhnnaainclude the duties of the clerk in a statutory city. -2 The City Administrator shall give the required notice of each regular and special election, record the proceedings thereof, notify officials of their election or appointment to office, certify to the County Auditor all appointments and the results of all Municipal elections. SECTION 7:8.
