RESOLUTION 8960 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL FOR MOE'S AMERICAN GRILL LOCATED AT <br />2400 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff received all pertinent application materials and fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Moe's appears to meet all provisions of Chapter 502 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe's American Grill from July <br />1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2018. <br />Carol A.
