Staff Report Super Spirits <br />January 22, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Building and Fire Inspections <br />The property is not yet ready for any inspections since they are in the beginning stages of <br />their extensive remodeling. Once the remodeling is complete, the new liquor and tobacco <br />license issuance will be contingent upon a satisfactory inspection by the Mounds View <br />Building Official and Mounds View Fire Marshal. <br />The applicant has satisfied all other requirements for the issuance of an on -sale <br />intoxicating liquor license. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends opening the hearing for public comments and approval of Resolution <br />8957, a resolution approving off -sale intoxicating liquor and cigarette/tobacco licenses for <br />Carina E. Duffy, representing Northern Tier Retail, LLC dba Super Spirits #4262 for the <br />property located at 2640 County Road I.
