RESOLUTION 8957 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR AND A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR SUPER SPIRITS <br />PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, Carina E. Duffy of Northern Tier Retail, LLC dba Super Spirits, has <br />applied for an off -sale intoxicating liquor and a cigarette/tobacco license for the <br />proposed Super Spirits store located at 2640 County Road I; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally known as Registered Land Survey 44, Subject <br />to Road; Tract B; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted all required application materials and paid <br />the appropriate fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant is current on property taxes and City fees; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has published notice of a public hearing in the official City <br />newspaper and mailed notices as required; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an off -sale intoxicating liquor license and a cigarette/tobacco license for <br />the proposed Super Spirits Liquor Store to be located within the existing SuperAmerica <br />Store #4264. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licenses are subject to satisfactory <br />inspections by the Building Official and Fire Marshal. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that these licenses shall expire on June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this day of , 2018. <br />Carol A.
