RESOLUTION 8958 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL FOR THE MERMAID LOCATED AT 2200 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30,2018; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees; and <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid appears to meet all the provisions of Chapter 502 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid from July 1, 2018 <br />to June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2018. <br />Carol A.
