RESOLUTION 8959 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL FOR MERWIN LIQUORS LOCATED AT <br />2577 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Merwin Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff received all pertinent application materials and fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors appears to meet all provisions of Chapter 502 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor'; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Merwin Liquorfrom July 1, 2018 <br />to June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11'h day of June, 2018. <br />Carol A.
