RESOLUTION 8961 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF -SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's (Store #4264) Off -Sale 3.2% Malt Liquor License <br />expires June 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff received all pertinent application materials and fees; and <br />WHEREAS, SuperAmerica appears to meet all provisions of Chapter 503 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "3.2 Percent Malt Liquor'; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off -Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica Store <br />#4264 from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2018. <br />Carol A.
