RESOLUTION 8962 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL FOR MOUNDS VIEW 15 THEATER <br />LOCATED AT 2430 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View 15 Theater's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, <br />2018; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View 15 Theater appears to meet all the provisions of Chapter <br />502 of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor'; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Mounds View 15 Theater from <br />July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. <br />Adopted this 11th day of June, 2018. <br />�1 L�=�Gc.e.-L-',mac'✓ <br />Carol A.
