EDA RESOLUTION 18 -EDA -311 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATE <br />TO THE BUSINESS TOOLBOX <br />WHEREAS, the Business Toolbox is a document summarizing financial and technical <br />resources available to existing and prospective Mounds View businesses; and <br />WHEREAS, the Business Toolbox was last amended by the Economic Development <br />Authority of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota (the "EDA") on December 12, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota (the "EDC') has determined that an update to the Business Toolbox is warranted; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDC has reviewed certain amendments and is requesting that the EDA <br />approve the updated Business Toolbox. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority of <br />the City of Mounds View, Minnesota: <br />1. That the EDA hereby approves the amendments to the Business Toolbox to reflect the <br />changes made by staff and recommended by the EDC in substantially the form presented to <br />the EDA on the date this Resolution was adopted. <br />2. That pursuant to the approved amendment, the Business Toolbox shall hereinafter be named <br />the "Business Growth Toolbox." <br />The EDA directs its staff to take any appropriate action and to prepare any appropriate <br />documents to facilitate the directives of the EDA as set forth in this Resolution. <br />4.
