Resolution 8506 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />1. Access to the equipment shall be protected by a secure 8-foot chain link fence. <br /> <br />2. No advertising signage will be allowed attached to the pole or fencing. <br /> <br />3. The tower shall not exceed 150 feet in height or have any lighting. <br /> <br />4.
