<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8512 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW COUNTY OF <br />RAMSEY STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PUBLIC FINANCING POLICY AND <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”) and the <br />Mounds View City Council (the “City”) have adopted a policy dated May 12, 1997 and <br />previously amended on June 12, 2000, for the purpose of establishing the City and EDA’s <br />position related to public financing for private development within the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is necessary and appropriate to amend <br />and adopt a Public Financing Policy and Application (the “Policy”); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has performed all the actions required by law to be performed <br />prior to the adoption and the approval of the proposed Policy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mounds View City Council, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, that the Policy, contained in Exhibit A of this resolution is hereby <br />approved, ratified, established, amended, and adopted and shall be placed on file at City Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of February, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
