Reports of Mayor and Council. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported NYFS would be meeting on Wednesday. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Council Member Meehlhause wished all residents, staff and members of the Council Happy 20 <br />Holidays. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Council Member Mueller stated on Thursday she would be attending the League of Minnesota 23 <br />Cities Board meeting. This would be the Board’s last meeting of 2015. She wished everyone a 24 <br />blessed holiday season and a Happy New Year. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Flaherty reviewed an article from the Star Tribune regarding a redevelopment site in St. 27 <br />Louis Park. He indicated TIF was used for this project and anticipated The Beard Group would 28 <br />be doing the same for Phase II of the Crossroad Pointe project. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> B. Reports of Staff. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Public Works Director Erickson reported Ramsey County sent out letters to property owners 33 <br />along County Road I stating this roadway would be rehabilitated in 2016. He noted pedestrian 34 <br />ramps and signal work would also be completed. He discussed the proposed project further with 35 <br />the Council. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Council Member Mueller requested that staff speak with the County about the City’s parade 38 <br />route for Festival in the Park to ensure the area was free and clear of construction for the event. 39 <br />Public Works Director Erickson indicated he would speak with the County. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Mueller suggested a neighborhood meeting be held regarding the project. 42 <br />Public Works Director Erickson explained this was a County led project and letters were sent to 43 <br />property owners. It was his understanding the County would not be holding any neighborhood 44 <br />meetings. 45
