RESOLUTION NO. 8552 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year January 2016 through December 2016 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies <br />to cover the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 and has received <br />proposed policies from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust. (LMCIT) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the <br />LMCIT for the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 and to make <br />payment of premiums as they become due: <br /> <br /> <br /> Comprehensive Municipal Coverage (LCMIT) $ 88,164 <br /> Worker’s Compensation (LCMIT) 130,724 <br /> <br /> Total $218,888 <br /> <br /> Adopted this 25th Day of April 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jim Ericson <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
