Reports of Mayor and Council. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Mueller indicated the LMC Finance Committee would meet on Thursday, April 26 <br />14th. She noted the LMC Board would meet on Thursday, April 21st. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Mueller stated the Festival in the Park Committee would meet next on Tuesday, 29 <br />April 19th at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported he would be attending an NYFS Personnel Committee 32 <br />meeting next week. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> B. Reports of Staff. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Finance Director Beer was pleased to report the 2015 audit was complete and anticipated a 37 <br />summary would be provided to the City Council at the end of April. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Finance Director Beer stated he was contacted by Kennedy & Graven about a possible conduit 40 <br />debt issuance. He explained he would report back to the City Council at a future meeting when 41 <br />he had more information. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Public Works Director Erickson provided the Council with an update on the trail easement 44 <br />situation. It was noted the Scotland Green easement had been signed and submitted to staff 45
