PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Brad Johnson, 5556 St. Stevens Street, stated he was surprised last week when his front yard was 30 <br />ripped up. He was unaware as to why this occurred. He contacted the City and was made aware 31 <br />that Xcel Energy was responsible for this hole and questioned who would be repairing his front 32 <br />yard. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Public Works Director Erickson explained Xcel Energy would be responsible for the repair work. 35 <br />He was uncertain why Mr. Johnson did not receive prior notification of the work that would be 36 <br />completed by Xcel Energy. He described the work that was being done in Mr. Johnson’s 37 <br />neighborhood. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Flaherty apologized for the lack of notification on behalf of Xcel Energy. He was glad 40 <br />that Mr. Johnson contacted the City and was able to learn more about the work that was being 41 <br />completed. 42 <br /> 43 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 44 <br /> A.
