Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 914, an Ordinance Amending 9 <br />Chapter 1303 of the Mounds View Code Relating to Construction Site and 10 <br />Land Disturbance Runoff Control (Roll Call Vote) 11 <br /> 12 <br />Public Works Director Erickson requested the Council adopt Ordinance 914 amending Chapter 13 <br />1303 of the Mounds Vie Code relating to construction site and land disturbance runoff. He noted 14 <br />the change was being made based on MPCA requirements. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 914, 17 <br />an Ordinance Amending Chapter 1303 of the Mounds View Code Relating to Construction Site 18 <br />and Land Disturbance Runoff Control and publish the Ordinance summary. 19 <br /> 20 <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller/ Flaherty. 21 <br /> 22 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 23 <br /> 24 <br />C. Resolution 8553, Adopting a Calendar for the Preparation of the 2017 25 <br />Budget. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Finance Director Beer requested the Council adopt a calendar for the preparation of the 2017 28 <br />budget. He reviewed the proposed calendar and noted this information would be posted on the 29 <br />City’s website. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Mueller explained the LMCIT would have a 2.5% to 3% rate increase for 2017. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Mayor Flaherty understood City Administrator Ericson would be working with the Deputy Police 34 <br />Chief on the 2017 Public Safety budget. City Administrator Ericson reported this was the case. 35 <br /> 36 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller.
