Approval Contingent on Late Fee <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8568 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />for Moe’s Located at 2400 County Road 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s, submitted all required City and State Liquor license application <br />materials on Wednesday, May 11, 2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, deadline for submitting application materials and fees was on April 29, <br />2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the 2016 Fee Schedule all licenses are subject to a <br />20% late fee if the City does not receive the required application materials and fees by the <br />deadline; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of this On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe’s is <br />contingent on a satisfactory full payment of late fees due to a delinquent utility bill and <br />liquor license late fee no later than __(date)_____, satisfactory report from the Mounds <br />View Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check and a satisfactory fire <br />inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Moe’s contingent on a <br />satisfactory full payment of late fees associated with a delinquent utility bill and liquor <br />license late fee no later than __(date)_____, satisfactory report from the Mounds View <br />Police Department, satisfactory criminal background check and a satisfactory fire <br />inspection. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on <br />June 30, 2017. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2016. <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal)
