<br />Ordinance 916 Report <br />May 23, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the proposed ordinance at the May 2, 2016, Work Session and <br />supported moving it forward for consideration. The ordinance was introduced and received <br />its first reading on May 9, 2016, at which time the second reading was scheduled for May <br />23, 2016. No changes have been made to the current version from what was reviewed <br />and approved on May 9, 2016. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council consider the second reading and approval of <br />Ordinance 916, an ordinance amending the City Code in Section 1006.06 to authorize the <br />collection of an escrow amount to cover costs associated with certain non-Building Code <br />requirements prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />James Ericson <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />1.
