Approval if Property Taxes are Paid Prior to the City Council Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8580 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />for Keshav Enterprises, Inc. <br />Located at 2408 County Road I <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Keshav Enterprises, Inc., submitted all required City and State Liquor <br />license application materials; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of this Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Keshav <br />Enterprises, Inc., is contingent on receipt of a Liquor Liability Insurance Certificate, and a <br />satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Keshav Enterprises, Inc., <br />contingent on receipt of a Liquor Liability Insurance Certificate, and a satisfactory fire <br />inspection. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license will expire on <br />June 30, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
