H. The Dynamic Display sign shall not cause glare, disturbance or other problems <br />to any residential properties or land uses. <br /> <br />2. The location of the Dynamic Display sign may encroach into the 30’ sight triangle, <br />and be setback 14’ from the Knollowood Dr. right-of-way, consistent with an <br />approved Variance (Res. No. 1049-16). <br /> <br />3. The color of the Dynamic Display sign shall comply with the City Code, unless a <br />Variance is approved for use of non-amber colors. <br /> <br />4. The City may review the Conditional Use Permit at any time if problems arise that <br />would necessitate revision or termination of the permit. <br /> <br />5.
