<br />RESOLUTION 8597 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVE A JOINT SEAL COAT PROJECT WITH THE CITY OF FRIDLEY ON PLEASANT <br />VIEW DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a street maintenance program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2016 Street Improvement Fund has $75,000 budgeted for seal coating; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fridley, through a Joint Powers Agreement has received bids for <br />seal coating for 2016; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is planning on seal coating Stinson Boulevard which is <br />the western half of Pleasant View Drive on the city limit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost for seal coating the 4,618 square yards of Pleasant View <br />Drive in Mounds View city limits is $7.036.35. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Approves the seal coating 4,618 square yards of Pleasant View Drive between <br />County Road I and County Road H2. <br />2.
