We advertised for the position with this announcement: <br /> The City of Mounds View is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative <br /> support to the division of Administration. The primary objective of the position is to <br /> provide a variety of routine and complex clerical,and administrative duties including: <br /> Council packet preparation,City and employee newsletter,publication of legal notices, <br /> records management, etc. The successful candidate should have strong computer,clerical <br /> and communication skills.Knowledge of PageMaker(or equivalent)a plus. The candidate <br /> should also possess good organizational skills and the ability to relate with ease and <br /> efficiency to all employees,City Council and the public. Minimum qualifications include <br /> a high school diploma or equivalent,with supplemental course work in computers and <br /> administrative subjects. At least three years of increasingly responsible related experience <br /> is required.Applicant must be proficient in the usage of word processing software. <br /> Knowledge in the operation of standard office equipment, office practices and procedures. <br /> Salary Range: $28,111 -$35,139.A city application and resume is required. Joan is seeking a new challenge after a long career in a county <br /> position.
