All the buildings and duplexes <br /> we own, have been rehabbed with codes being surpassed. The <br /> occupancy records are excellent with many of the tenants being <br /> multi-year residents. Our equity and financial position is very <br /> strong with a credit rating of over 750. We will financially <br /> perform in all aspects of the purchase and conclude the <br /> construction phase in a timely manner. <br /> The building at this time is an eyesore to the community which <br /> we plan on remedying. We shall be an integral player to this <br /> successful conclusion.
