I would like to state that the Flower Mart at this location <br /> has been very successful and we hear many customers comment that they are happy to have us <br /> here. As far as I know there have never been any problems with our being here and we feel we <br /> are good neighbors for the shopping center and the community. We are eager to return for our <br /> sixth successful year in Mounds View. . <br /> You will note that nothing has changed from last year and we will operate in 1999 the same as in <br /> 1998. <br /> Our electricity comes from the pylon in the lot near the Flower Mart.The water for our use <br /> comes from the hydrant to the south of the Flower Mart. This is also the same as in years past. It <br /> has worked out very well for us and your public works department. <br /> Our 1999 business season is planned for April 15 thru July 7. We need the same allowances for <br /> assembly and take down as in years past. <br /> I have enclosed a check for$250.00(the same as in the past years) as the fee for this permit. I <br /> hope this information satisfies all your needs.
