RESOLUTION NO. 5295 <br /> 4 <br /> s' CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> `* ` STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A NEW LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Mounds View and the Children's Home Society have agreed to <br /> draft a new lease agreement for the space at the Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Mounds View to enter into this new <br /> lease agreement, and <br /> WHEREAS,the mutually agreeable terms have been laid out in the attached contract; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached draft contract is hereby <br /> approved as to its contents and accurately reflects the terms by the City of Mounds View and the <br /> Children's Home Society, subject to any technical revisions as recommended by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> Adopted this day of January, 1999 APPROV9 ' <br /> ATTEST <br /> Mayor Dan Coughlin <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br />
