RESOLUTION NO. 5319 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> TH 10 AND PLEASANTVIEW DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View has been requested by the City of Spring Lake Park to <br /> participate financially in supporting the construction of a <br /> traffic signal at TH 10 and Pleasantview Drive, and; <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County will be the lead agency in <br /> developing this project, and; <br /> WHEREAS, this project was initially recognized in <br /> 1979 and will better protect the traveling public and create a <br /> safer intersection through both Cities, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated project cost is $580, 000 . 00 <br /> of which the City of Mounds View would be responsible for <br /> approximately $35, 000 . 00, which would be funded from the MSA <br /> Account . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Mounds View does hereby support the construction <br /> of a traffic signal at the intersection of TH 10 and Pleasantview <br /> Drive and will contribute approximately $35, 000 . 00 of MSA funds <br /> to construct this project . <br /> Adopted this 8th day of March, 1999 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
