I have also updated the Agreement from "1998" to "1999". <br /> As I mentioned in my letter to you of September 17, 1998, I am no longer "in the loop" <br /> concerning the current or correct forms of Exhibits D and E for this Agreement, so you will again <br /> have to add those two Exhibits to complete the draft of the Agreement. <br /> Since the revisitation and revision of this project and the proposed Agreement has for some <br /> time been a recurring event without the Developer ever signing the Agreement, I have not at this <br /> time prepared or enclosed a final form of the Tax Increment Note, but would be happy to do so <br /> should the Developer ever decide to proceed. <br /> Certain staleness creeps in.
