The <br /> Commission is enthusiastic to continue moving forward on this project to ultimately complete it. <br /> Frank advised Commissioners to review past information for any information on a 5 year plan for <br /> park projects. <br /> Terri will get the amount of park dedication money available from the finance department. The <br /> determination as to the amount that will be used for community center items will be made once <br /> information is received on the construction budget. <br /> There was brief discussion on usage of facilities. It was determined that all scout groups should <br /> not be charged. <br /> In other business:Terri will get information about Commissioner terms and report at the next <br /> meeting. Guest Dan Ley from the Irondale Baseball Association visited and shared some <br /> concerns with different leagues using Greenfield ball fields and not following protocol.
