Staff is recommending award to Wenck. Wenck has indicated that a reduction of the cost <br /> of the two programs would be applicable if staff was available to contribute more to the process. <br /> This puts them in line with the proposal from SEH. The proposals from the three firms are listed <br /> below: <br /> Earthtech $16,700.00 <br /> SEH $15, 650.00 - $18,000.00 <br /> Wenck $16, 162.00 - $18,008.00 <br /> Staff will try to maximize the amount of input and clerical support to minimize the amount of <br /> expenditure required for this project. <br /> 0 <br /> Michael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Council award the Risk Management and Process Safety Management <br /> Program development to Wenck for a total not to exceed$18,008.00, which will be funded from <br /> the Water Department Fund 700-4823-3030, 700-483-23-9100, and Wastewater Department <br /> Fund 730-4823-9100. <br />
