Consideration of resolution 5310, requiring all City Council, boards, commissions and committees to <br /> cablecast their meetings. <br /> Ms. Schmidt stated this resolution requires all City Council, boards, and commissions to cablgcast their <br /> meetings beginning on April 1. <br /> Motion/Second: Stigney/Marty. Move to approve resolution number 5310, with the change of work <br /> session to special session. <br /> Mayor Coughlin calls for vote. <br /> Ayes-5. Nays-0. <br /> 9E. Consideration of resolution 5311, appointing members to the Mounds View Planning Commission. <br /> Brian Kaden with the term to expire in 2001. Michael Berke, term to expire in the year 2000. Nordine <br /> (Brothen), term to expire in 2001. William (Globby), term to expire in 2001, and Michael (Heckland), term <br /> to expire in the year 2000. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Thomason. All in favor of approving resolution 5311 appointing the said members <br /> to the Planning Commission. <br /> Ayes-5. Nays-0. Consideration of resolution 9988103, approving a grant application to Ramsey County for CBDG <br /> funds to promote crime-free multi-housing. <br /> Motion/Second: Marty. To approve resolution 9988103. <br /> Mayor Coughlin calls for the vote. <br /> Ayes-5. Nays-0. Motion carries. <br />
