Monthly payments shall <br /> be based on SEH's current billing rates of applicable employees plus <br /> the cost of expenses and equipment as outlined in Sections V.C. and <br /> V.D. <br /> SEH will provide an estimate of the costs for the preparation of the <br /> Plans and Specifications in the Supplemental Letter Agreement.It is <br /> agreed that after 90% of costs have been incurred, SEH will notify <br /> .the CITY and confer with representatives of the CITY to determine <br /> the basis for completing the work. <br /> Page No.9 • November X7, 1993 <br />
